Convenient location: The hotel is perfectly situated near major attractions and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. Comfortable rooms: The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. Great amenities: The hotel offers excellent facilities, including a fitness center and a spa, providing guests with relaxation options.

Poor customer service: The staff lacked professionalism and didn't prioritize customer satisfaction. Communication was a struggle, and there were instances of rudeness and unhelpfulness.

Spacious and clean room, perfect location near Metrostation, shuttle service to the airport, breakfast above expectation, amazing bed quality and furnishings.

The hotel's location is conveniently close to the new Istanbul airport, allowing for easy access to and from the airport. It is just one metro stop away or a short taxi ride. the hotel is within walking distance to the downtown area. The rooms are spacious and modern, with comfortable beds. The breakfast is tasty and there are facilities such as a large swimming pool and a good gym available. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service for added convenience.

The staff could have been more friendly and the service in the restaurant was poor.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and polite. The hotel facilities, including the pool and health club, were excellent. The location of this hotel was perfect, as it was very close to the airport and there were several dining options within walking distance, including a burger king, a cafe/bistro, and a restaurant with animals. We also appreciated the fact that there was a taxi station nearby and that the hotel was easily accessible by metro. the breakfast was delicious and the Wi-Fi was fast. The hotel even stored our luggage for two extra days while we were traveling. We highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel guarantees an exclusive experience with various luxurious amenities like an indoor swimming pool, Spa & wellness center, and a beautiful garden area. the massage that I experienced here was one of the best I have ever had, leaving me completely relaxed and rejuvenated. the location is excellent and offers easy access to all of Istanbul's main transport hubs.

this was a small failing, and everything else was perfect, and far outweighed this small issue.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities such as the Spa & wellness centre, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and massage services. the staff provided exceptional service and made me feel truly pampered. the restaurant and bar offered delicious food and drinks with a diverse menu selection. the location advantages allowed for easy access to the airport and other nearby attractions.

The only minor issue I encountered was the lack of a private beach access, but this was not a major drawback of the hotel. this venue provided an exceptional and unforgettable experience with its exclusive services and amenities.

Close to the airport with convenient transportation options. I had a smooth and affordable ride with an Uber, only costing TL15.
